1.1 Processing and Shipping Times All orders will be processed and prepared for shipping within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
For United States (USA)
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time within 7-14 business days
Expedited Shipping: Available for faster delivery, estimated delivery time within 3-7 business days. Additional fees apply for this option, which will be calculated during checkout.
Please note: Shipping times are estimates only and may be affected by external factors beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions, customs delays, and other unforeseen circumstances. Or during peak holiday seasons (e.g. Christmas, Black Friday, Chinese New Year). We appreciate your understanding and patience during these times.
1.2 Shipping and Customs Policy (Delivered Duty Unpaid - DDU / DAP)
Important: All product prices displayed on Mireya and co for shipments to the United States do not include any import duties, customs duties, sales taxes that may be incurred in the destination country, and any applicable customs fees (Delivered Duty Unpaid - DDU or Delivered At Place - DAP).
The customer is responsible for all additional costs, if any. These charges will be incurred upon arrival of the goods in the destination country.
These charges are assessed and collected by the customs authority or shipping company in your country. We recommend that customers check with their local customs office to understand the applicable duties and taxes before placing an order to avoid any unexpected charges upon receipt of the goods.
1.3 Order Tracking

1.4 Lost or Damaged Items
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused during the delivery.
If your order does not arrive on time: If your order does not arrive within 14 working days (for standard shipping) or 7 working days (for expedited shipping) after the estimated delivery date, please contact us immediately at Support@Mireyaandco.com or call +66 (0)83 9154199. Within 3 working days of the expected delivery date, we will investigate the status with the shipping company and inform you as soon as possible.
If you receive a damaged or defective item: If the item you receive is damaged or defective, please contact us within 24-48 hours after receiving the item. Please attach a clear photo of the damaged or defective item in your email. We will investigate and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
1.5 International Shipping Destinations
Mireya and co currently ships to: USA only. All shipments to this destination are delivered on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) or Delivered At Place (DAP) basis, which means that the customer is responsible for any import duties and taxes that may apply.
