Shipping Policy

At Mireya and co  we are committed to getting your carefully selected jewelry to you in an efficient and safe manner. Please read our shipping policy below:

1. Processing and Shipping Times

All orders will be processed and prepared for shipping within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

For United States (USA)

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days.

Expedited Shipping: Available for faster delivery, estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days. There is an additional fee for this option, which will be calculated during checkout.

Please note: Shipping times are estimates only and may be affected by external factors beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions, customs delays, or busy holiday seasons (e.g. Christmas, Black Friday, Chinese New Year). We appreciate your understanding and patience during these times.

2. Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU/DAP) Policy

Important: All product prices displayed on Mireya and co  For shipments to the United States, import taxes, duties, and other applicable customs fees (Delivered Duty Unpaid - DDU or Delivered At Place - DAP) are not included.

The customer is responsible for all of these additional charges, if any. These charges will be incurred once the goods arrive in the destination country.

These charges are assessed and collected by your local customs office or shipping company. We encourage customers to check with your local customs office to understand the applicable duties and taxes before placing an order to avoid any unexpected charges upon receipt of the goods.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your order in real time. Please visit our dedicated order tracking page: https://mireyaandco.com/apps/tracktor/track

4. Lost or Damaged Items

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause during shipping.

If your order does not arrive on time: If your order does not arrive within 14 business days (for standard shipping) or 7 business days (for expedited shipping) after the estimated delivery date, please contact us immediately. Support@Mireyaandco.com or call +66 (0)83 9154199 within 3 business days of expected delivery date. We will investigate the status with the shipping company and inform you as soon as possible.

If you receive a damaged or defective product: If the product you receive is damaged or defective, please contact us within 24-48 hours after receiving the product. Please attach clear photos of the damaged or defective product in your email. We will investigate and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

5. International Shipping Destinations

Mireya and co  currently ships to the United States only. All shipments to these destinations are made on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) or Delivered At Place (DAP) basis, which means that the customer is responsible for any import duties and taxes that may apply.

• Orders ≥ 100 USD → Free standard shipping  
• Orders < 100 USD → Shipping fee 15 USD
