Lost or Damaged Items Policy
We understand that no one wants to experience problems with their packages, but sometimes the unexpected can happen. Please read our Lost or Damaged Items Policy below:
1. Damaged in Transit
If the item you received was damaged in transit, please follow these steps:
Notify us immediately: Please contact us within 3-5 business days of receipt to report the damage, with clear photos or videos of the item and damaged packaging (including damaged boxes or envelopes) to [Support@Mireyaandco.com] or via the contact form on our website.
Assessment: We will review the evidence received and coordinate with the supplier and shipping company to assess the damage.
Solution:
Full Refund: If the item is unusable or not as ordered due to damage in transit, we will refund you in full.
Reshipment: We will happily ship you a new item (if in stock) at no additional cost.
2. Lost in Transit
We keep a close eye on all packages, but in rare cases, items may be lost in transit:
Tracking: If your package tracking status has not changed or has not been updated for more than [15 business days] since the last update or the maximum delivery timeframe we specify in our shipping policy, please contact us.
Lost Confirmation Period: We will check with the carrier and supplier if the item cannot be tracked or is confirmed as lost within [30 business days] of the date of shipment or the date the item was confirmed as lost (whichever occurs).
Remedy:
Full Refund: We will refund the full amount for the lost item.
Reshipment: We will happily ship you a new item (if available) at no additional cost.
Important Notes:
Inspection of the item: We recommend that you inspect the item upon receipt.
Preservation of packaging: Please keep the original packaging (including the box or envelope) until the claim process is complete, as the carrier may need to inspect it.
Action: We endeavor to resolve your issue as quickly as possible. However, please be aware that the verification process with the carrier and supplier may take some time.
