At Mireya and co, we are committed to providing the best shopping experience for our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please read our Returns and Refunds Policy below.
1. Return Period
You may return your item for a refund or exchange within 30 days from the date you received it.
2. Condition of Returned Item
Item must be in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels (if applicable).
Item must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Electronics must be unopened, clothing must not be altered.
3. Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Items
Some items are non-returnable or non-refundable, including:
"No Return" or "Final Sale" items
Custom-made or personalized items
Personal hygiene items, lingerie, cosmetics that have been opened for the purpose of protecting the hygiene of other customers
Gift Cards
Earrings are non-returnable
4. Return Process
Notification: Please contact our customer service team at Customer Service Email: support@mireyaandco.com or call +66(0)839154199 within the specified time frame to inform us of your return request.
Provide information: Please provide your order number, the product name you wish to return, the reason for the return, and a photo of the product (if the product is defective or damaged).
Approval: Our team will review the information and inform you of the next steps to return the product.
Return Shipping: After approval, you must ship the product back to our Address: 298 Village no.6, Pa O Subdistrict, Lan Sak District, Uthai Thani Province, 61160 Thailand
5. Return Shipping Cost
In case the product is defective, damaged, or caused by our mistake: Mireya and co will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
In case you want to return the product due to a change of mind or other personal reasons: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
6. Refund Process
After we receive the returned product and inspect it to ensure that it meets the specified conditions, we will refund you within 7 business days from the date we receive the product.
The refund will be transferred back to the original payment method you used to place the order [e.g. credit/debit card, bank account]. If this is not possible, we will contact you to process an alternative refund.
No processing fees, or restocking fees will be charged.
7. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us to inform us of your request. Our team will check the stock and process it accordingly. If the item you wish to exchange is of different value, the payment will be adjusted or the difference will be refunded as appropriate.
