Return Period: You may return eligible items within 30 days from the date you received them.

Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be in the same condition as received:

Unused and unworn

Undamaged

In the original packaging, complete with all tags, labels, and accessories

With original receipt or proof of purchase

Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for items that are not due to our error (e.g. change of mind, dislike of item, wrong order).

Mireya and co  Responsibilities: We will only cover return shipping costs if the item is defective, damaged, or the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item, item not as described).

Non-Returnable Items Some items are not returnable, including:

Items that have been used or damaged by the customer

Items that are not in the original condition or packaging

Sale items (items purchased at a discount)

Custom or personalized items
